Enduring Treasure Staff

Joe Cox, has been investing in the development of ministry leaders for nearly 40 years. He has a rich background of ministry leadership experience, having served almost all of his adult life in senior/executive ministry leadership roles. Along with his wife, Julie, he founded Enduring Treasure in 2014 out of a passion for excellence in leadership from a loving perspective.  Joe wants to be known as one who LOVES.  He loves God, loves his family, loves God’s Church and loves helping others overcome challenges to achieve their God-given potential. He and Julie reside in the St. Louis area where they are active in the lives of their children and grandchildren as well as their local church.

Julie Cox has been drawn into Christian leadership since her teen years. Until 1999, she served at the international headquarters of Child Evangelism Fellowship as Member Care Director. She later directed Willot Road Christian Academy’s Preschool before re-joining the CEF team as Missouri State Director. In 2006, she joined the staff of Every Generation Ministries as Director of Support Services. The Awakening Church of Murrieta, California called her to direct both the children’s and women’s programs in 2011 and she co-founded Enduring Treasure Ministries in 2014. Julie’s life-passion is to help God’s people access the spiritual resources so readily available in His Word, learning to live the full life God intended for them. She is a certified and gifted life coach and is also certified to conduct Uniquely You DISC and Spiritual Gifts assessments. She considers the world to be full of friends she hasn’t met yet and can regularly be found listening to a total stranger’s life story. Everyone who knows Julie knows her as someone to be counted on for encouragement, advice and loving support.  Julie leads Enduring Treasure’s coaching ministry, Treasure for Living.

Jannette Sexson joined the Enduring Treasure staff as  Administrative Services Director in late 2019. The past thirty years have been a journey of many different servant roles in the Kingdom of God. Recently, she trained as a Life Coach, ran a small business, and enjoyed caring for her grandchildren. But something was missing. Seeking God’s guidance, she realized that she wanted to work with a team of like-minded people in an atmosphere of grace, mercy, love and fun where meaningful ministry occurred. God answered that prayer by bringing her to work with Joe and Julie. Looking back, Jannette says, “God brought me to just the right place at just the right time.”
